Vacuum Coater
This dual source turbo pumped vacuum coater is designed for evaporation of metals such as chrome, silver and aluminum for the lighting industries. This machine incorporates automatic pumping sequence from rough to high vacuum crossover and product indexing. This machine operates in the 10-6 Torr range and has an ultimate vacuum of 1x10-7 Torr.


Ten Port Exhaust Station
This Turbo & Ion pump ultra high vacuum exhaust station is designed to evacuate individual isolated product parts to 10 -9 Torr. An oven capable of 500 degree C is used to bake out the product under vacuum for ultra pure processing for the X-Ray Tube Industry. A stainless steel cover with leaded windows allows for low level radiation testing and seasoning of the product.

 


80 Port Exhaust Station
This turbo pumped vacuum exhaust station was developed for the flash lamp industries to evacuate multiple all quarts and glass products (80) and backfill with exotic gasses such as Xenon, Krypton, Hydrogen and Argon. With backfill pressures to 80 PSI we incorporated an isolation valve and Liquid Nitrogen trough to freeze the gas and allow tip off of the all glass product.

 

 


8 Element Burn In Station
This complex vacuum & electrical testing system is designed to evacuate a chamber and separately power graphite elements for degassing and electrical property evaluation. All power inputs and return amperages are monitored via a computer controls system.


60 Port Exhaust Station
This station was developed for the final exhaust, pump and bake for a high pressure arc lamp. It can bake out the product to 500oC at a vacuum level of 2 x 10 -6 Torr. When cooled it has the capability to back fill with multiple exotic gasses up to 600 PSI (40 Bar). A liquid nitrogen recovery system is used to recover expensive gasses for recycle.


Custom Vacuum Exhaust Station
This simple vacuum exhaust station was designed with a dry scroll pump for rapid pump and flush of product. Manual valving and multiple size ultra Torr fittings make this station versatile and very easy to use.

Gas Panel 2
We design and build our own gas mixing stations. This unit is designed for our hydrogen furnaces and incorporates a DI water bubbler column for humidifying gasses for a controlled dewpoint from -80 to +30 degrees C.
